Most single-car garages fit a 10 or 13-yard. Two-car garages or garages with decades of accumulated stuff usually need a 15-yard. If you're cleaning out a garage plus a basement, go with the 20-yard. Call us if you're unsure. We size dumpsters for Chesapeake homeowners every week.
Starting prices: 10-yard at $350, 13-yard trailer at $375, 15-yard at $375, 20-yard at $395. Each price includes the dumpster for days 1 through 3. Days after that are $20 per day. Disposal weight is billed at $0.07 per pound at the landfill, so you pay for what you actually toss.
If the dumpster sits entirely on private property, no permit needed. If we have to place it on the street or a public right-of-way, you may need a permit from the City of Chesapeake. We can help you figure that out before delivery.
Standard rental covers days 1 through 3. After that, it's $20 per day. Need it for two weeks? No problem. Need it for a month? Also fine. Just let us know up front so we can plan our schedule.
Yes. Mattresses are $75 each, appliances are $50 each, tires are $50 each. These cover the additional disposal handling required at the landfill. Tell us at booking and we'll add it to the quote.
